Good to see some nice sprints martin.

When do you do them? How long do they last? and do they affect your squatting or deadlifting?

I've never done a fat bird, Drew believes this is why I am so emo, and is teaching me how to remedy this

Deads, belt on for all work sets 195kg for 5reps, 220kg for 3reps, 245kg for 3reps (Big rep pb, never done more than a single over 240)

Shrugs 150kg for 3sets of 10(Double overhand for the first 2 sets, then straps for the 3rd)

GHR out of action, but really that was a blessing, as the deads had really taken it out of me

Calf raise, 3sets of 20reps
