Last time i seen you do log youwere indeed making an absolute meal of the clean. You have described a lot of what you are doing wrong though, so you do know how to fix it. I also think you need to be aggressive with log cleans | ||

I think the plates would be 3 or 4 inches off the deck I did 3 with 260 last week, but not in the rack, taking it off stands, which makes it a lots harder cause you have to walk back a few feet, but I grazed the floor with those I'm looking forward to getting the UK qual out of the way, cause then I will be able to concentrate on my squat, my hip is pain free and it is gradually moving more the way it should, so I think twice a week squatting with a bit of structure would be a good idea for me | ||
