Moved me up from 29th to 20th in my age group. I stalked the guys ahead of me only 10 gave their heights with only 1 being shorter than 6 foot (5' 10") with an average just over 6'2". There is a school of thought that thinks every inch of height gives a minimum of 1 second advantage per 500m. Yes I am an anorak and I like the numbers. Lifetime pb of 1.24.8 is going to be safe for the foreseeable future......and beyond. | ||
