A good week with a minimum of 10k a day on the row erg did a 30minute piece 7612m was tough with HR over 160 from 8 minutes onwards

Really happy to nail the years goal so early a couple of months of reasonably consistent training coupled with creatine have worked wonders, now to avoid pitfalls and push onwards.
The lift itself was solid, even and never in doubt.

PM 2500M ROW
500M 1.43.2 20SPM took a second off season best at the restricted stroke rate chuffed.
did a few 100m rows best was 16.3 faster than previous attempts this season but slower than I hoped.

500m 1.31.5
Previous season best was 1.34 i was hoping to get 1.33 so chuffed to bits went hard at the start and hung on really from halfway last 100m was awful finished on 1.39 split.
Moved me up from 29th to 20th in my age group. I stalked the guys ahead of me only 10 gave their heights with only 1 being shorter than 6 foot (5' 10") with an average just over 6'2". There is a school of thought that thinks every inch of height gives a minimum of 1 second advantage per 500m.
Yes I am an anorak and I like the numbers.
Lifetime pb of 1.24.8 is going to be safe for the foreseeable future......and beyond.

150x3 6 was on the cards but a precariously place bumper fell and landed in the exact spot where the plates land on their return to the floor resulting in the bar ricocheting into my shin and removing a lump of flesh and killing the sets momentum.
