Not this comp mate, I've done far too much overhead work this week but have a full rest day tomorrow and am hoping it's a long one!

I'm just happy to be there to be honest, and still can't deadlift for reps

I was going to say it's a shame my back is f**ked because I think we would have been evenly matched on the dead lift.

Oh nothing too major just a little hurty... Thing is when you've hurt your back lots of things are tre difficile

I won't look out of place though or a wouldn't have entered and wasted jt's time

Jc said you don't have to lift it very far when deadlifting...

Any aims for the comp Wayne?

1. Complete the overhead medley - tall order, but there's a chance!
2. Get a decent placing in the farmer's - I've got a funny feeling I'm going to cock it up though!
3. Complete the sand-bag loading.
4. Don't make my injury any worse.
