well if it is austin I think he'll be disappointed as he's from 'the south' and this qualifier is for athletes from the midlands.
guys, you are not only doing this macho stuff, but also polluting JTs comp thread. Bacon mike, you definitely were out of line, but if you could be a man enough to apologise that would be good.

due to lack of interest from the midlands boys i am going to take the first 10 entrys from non midlands domiciled competitors
i will run it as an open and closed contest same events but 2 lots of scores
if the winner of the open comp puts in an amazing (discus ben esque) performance i may be able to convince robocop to give him a wild card

Just to stick my 2pence in but JT has my backing whatever way he decideds to run HIS show, I am looking for the best athletes from midlands, jc did not have the chance to ccompete in northern cause he was promoting comp, its up to JT but I am looking for the top midlanders for the final
If JT wants to make it an open comp you can have a winner of comp but top placing midlanders are going to bsm, the others might have a shot at a wild card but that will be decided after all qualifiers are in place
