I have sex with women Member 2122, 310 posts SQ 180, BP 135, DL 220535.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | hmm, strange. I quite like this weather, dont like frost or heavy winds if its in my face and snow is just a pain in the arse. I like rain, cloudy overcast weather is more relaxing than pure heat.

It is also brighter, it actually feels like we have some daylight then. Much nicer Think of the bigger picture, of the pensioners trapped in their homes not daring to venture out, of all the crashed and dented cars, and the subsequent rise in everyone's insurance premiums, of all the times you fall on your arse. The injuries, the broken bones, the sprains and the strains. Getting wet does you no harm, the dark does no harm.

Around Preston and Leyland, 2 years back I think the council refused to grit the pavements once the snow started to freeze into 1" thick ice sheets for fear of being sued for doing a poor job of it, not like they do a good job patching the roads up. I found it difficult to be steady on a lot of pavements, cant say how hard it would be for those who have disabilities or age to deal with. Also, snow means trouble on the roads. Many cannot drive in rain let alone snow so I am all for wet conditions in milder winters.

Nothing left in the tank. Member 5, 25569 posts Administrator | It could be a grim start to what will turn into a full blown ice age! s**t weather in march isnt unheard of so lets hope it gets milder .... training for an endurance event is grim ..... it simply isnt asmuch fun out on the bike in a howling wind and freezing to boot ! Also cycling to work at 5am is becoming a chore ! I dont mind it not being blazing sunshine 300 days a year, but come on baby jesus , give us a wink of summer ...
