 Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22063 posts | Anyone else completely and utterly fed up with the miserable weather? It's the wetness and gloominess that's getting to me. Let's have some f**king sunlight  I'll be moaning it's too hot in the summer. | ||

It gets me every winter, I hate the darkness. Love the summer when it doesnt really get dark for most of June, but the fact that on a stormy day it hardly gets light just now is miserable. I do find it has a major effect on my mood and energy levels. Anyone ever tried those lamps that are supposed to help? | ||

Take some vit d, I had a light up alarm clock - it was quite cool in winter because it would slowly light up and wake you gently. Didnt work if you were facing the wrong way though | ||
