nothing to hide, please follow my life on webcam Member 255, 3732 posts | Returning to the original post. I think this list being available for everyone to see is a positive feature of the IPF. It has nothing to do with people who want to make an individual choice and compete, without cheating, in non tested lifting. This is a list of IPF competitors who have chosen to break the rules and deserve to be named and shamed.

Drugs cheat Member 3860, 630 posts SQ 335, BP 210, DL 330875.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Ok, I know some hop on the 'hollier than thou' trollie every time it passes and theres those that claim they have never taken anything even though they have but I realy do think people should accept that weather its at club, national or international level PEDs are being used. Not by some but it could be estimated by the vast majority. Its probably not a good advert promoting the use but I think people need to stop being prehistoric in thier thoughts, it does happen and when someone gets caught they are looked upon as the pillar of all evil. I dont adocate the use but im not so naieve to think it doesnt go on. It does, its part of the sport whether you like it or not. if anyone knows about recovery periods then they should know doing any type of hard volume training, your body will need some help in the recovery process. Its always the same on forums theres always the keyboard warriers. At the end of the day the IPF say you dont need to be lifelong clean just when tested and in competition, so there is a hint for those on the hollier than thou trollie. Its just a case of playing the IPF's game. If you dont play the game as they wish you will be susspended or banned. NO big problem just like everyone drives at 69 mph on the motorway.

Man up and have a fuckin coffee Member 2086, 9717 posts SQ 340, BP 252.5, DL 300892.5 kgs @ 158kgs UnEq | simon , we dont want to sit back and accept cheats in our sport thanks . Its easy , just do an untested fed then your not cheating !! I dont think you should be promoting cheating on an open forum with a lot of young impressionable people after saying how much you respect a fed like the gbpf

And as long as the help is within the rules then there's nothing wrong with it, but to suggest that anybody training hard and doing a high volume of work needs banned drugs to recover is completely wrong. The keyboard warrior accusation goes both ways - I've seen lifters comfortably cope with training 5/6 days a week with a high volume without any artificial assistance. Can you suddenly start doing it - probably not, can it be gradually worked up to, definitely.
