I think for a big strong fella like yourself, who should be squatting a lot more than he does, something like the RMR may would wonders

Really cements the technique given the volume and twice weekly squatting....

Thats what I've been doing this week, I'm getting myself ready for RM (this may be the first time I've squatted twice in a week in my life)with a base of 200, so that will be 160 for sets of 2 in the fist week

so the plan was this week triples on 140, then 145, next week 150, 155, then the week after start RM

but now I'm doing the Arnold comp again, so that may need to be pushed back a week

Cool. If you run it, and the hip injury remains fine, I'd be suprised if you weren't squatting 230+ by the end of the routine

The hip has been good, I just need to get it through this 7 event Arnold comp, then concentrate on getting a semi respectable squat!
