Thats what I've been doing this week, I'm getting myself ready for RM (this may be the first time I've squatted twice in a week in my life)with a base of 200, so that will be 160 for sets of 2 in the fist week so the plan was this week triples on 140, then 145, next week 150, 155, then the week after start RM but now I'm doing the Arnold comp again, so that may need to be pushed back a week | ||
