First powerlifting comp' I did 190/120/237.5 (I think), u90kg. | ||

Never really squatted much before that, just playing about with weights for about 20 years. Did 175/130/240 at that comp. Not any better than that now, but then I'm still just playing about with the weights!! I bloody hope you can get stronger at 40+!! | ||

Won a few welsh comps, got 2 European records (DL and total) then gave up to focus on rugby. Fannied around with weights for 15 years. Didn't squat or DL really. Started training seriously again when I was 32, entered my first strongman comp when I was 33. Won a few comps last year @ 34 yrs old. My aim is to still be doing Strongman at 40 yrs old, wether my body will let me is another thing. | ||
