Haha...apologies Nick, I'll never moan about the cold again!

Regarding athletics, not sure about my best result as PBs generally came in races with pace makers. I suppose winning medals at national championships has to be up there but my most enjoyable wins were always when I became Yorkshire Champion. My best season when younger was when I medalled at the English schools champs at 800m but had qualified at 400m, 800m, 1500m, pole vault & long jump. Same year I was county champ at 400m, 800m, Pole Vault & X country.

I tend to do it myself mate. I know what works for me so if I've only done singles on a Saturday (like I did this week) & I'm way out from a comp then I'll supplement the session with some reps. I've got a rack jn my garage so it's quite convenient.
