Partial deads ( dunno wot height, fat stiff bar on top of fat 25kg plates.

Upto 280 x 1 not bad for me strapless

Played about with some benching in toms Titan katana bench shirt. Was painfull and interesting..

Cheers boys, yeah I was really pleased with the 15" pulls, making good progress with those.

Not trained at all this week due to tough work commitments. Looks like for the next month or so I maybe training just once per week.
