Legs and back felt pretty sore and tight so I was pleased to get all sets. Deadlifts 60Kg x 8 100Kg x 6 140Kg x 3 162.5kg x 5 183.5kg x 3 205.5kg x 3 Nothing special today but am very pleased with the past weeks squating. Two days rest then back to it! | ||

Pretty much have carbs with each meal now (from rice,fruit,veg wholemeal bread and wraps). I've found when you're training full body workouts 5 x a week,it doesn't really matter what you eat, as i havn't put on a pound but somehow look leaner??? | ||
