Cheers guys I was pleased with tonights session just very drained!
Vausie - Im 3 weeks out from a powerlifting comp mate! the aim after that is to do a strongman comp its looking like dragons if there is one this year.

Vausie - Its a gpc comp mate, 90kg teen class I think?. Same fed as the majority of the powerlifters from osg lift in so its very convenient for me. I competed in a push and pull run by the same fed and it was really good and well run so Im looking forward to this full comp! I did want to do the u90 naturals but didnt fet my form in quick enough unfortunately.

You rekon? I feel it was the first hooke grip pull Ive had to really work for. No idea where Im at from the floor atm. Need an opener for comp in 3 weeks!
