Cheers mate its abit of a clusterf**k at the moment but figured I cant get any weaker if I just go in and hit the core lifts lol.

Im around 78-79 in the morning so a fair bit down from when I hit my all my pbs, determined to smash them in the new year

3rd day squatting in a row legs awful yet still smashed a beltless PB! Bench was all easy potentially got another 5kg on the 5x5! Deads were easy aswell plenty more to come

Notes: Really good session today barring the injury. Front squats are feeling great atm and my bench is in a good position which Im surprised about given the lighter weight bodyweight. Pressing is in a great position at the moment. I've been doing 2 WODs every day for my mobility and flexibility in the hope of my back improving quicker. Obviously no chance of any lower training at the moment.
