What's a typical daily diet like for you? What does that £100 consist of?

I've been working 6-2's whilst combining training for about 8 months now. Might I suggest a 45-60 minute nap and a couple hours to get some calories in prior to training? I train at about 7pm and that system works for me. In terms of bodyweight my job allows me breaks every 2 hours to grab some tuna and milk, or some kind of feed and I'm around 125kg now.If you can, get something in as often as possible. Anyway f**k it, just my 2 cents.Good luck with it.

You struggle at 88kg? I thought it was bad being 20kg heavier.

If you maintain your regular day to day habitual activities (walking up stairs etc) you won't lose anything. Research states a drop in 2% strength after a period of 2 weeks with no squatting in well trained individuals who maintained their day to day activities.

Rick said:Heh. I did a bit of googling, as it got at my curiosity. The weights numbers are good, very good, but not insane. As to the run... Another six miles at the pace he was *unhappy with* would put him two minutes outside the world marathon record. His target pace for twenty miles would have set a 10km world record twenty years ago, ffs.

It's a pity when people get lazy writing this stuff. Honestly, it took me five minutes to check for reasonableness.

He is trained to physical and mental peak. Bruce Wayne has near superhuman intelligence and athleticism.

Whats with the "look at me" pose afterwards ?

It's not. It's a fist pump as it was a 3kg PB.
