Member 2111, 162 posts SQ 225, BP 132.5, DL 310667.5 kgs @ 100.0kgs UnEq | British Single Lift Championships, 19th February Bodyweight: 101.4kg Deadlift: 1st attempt: 280.5kg NR 2nd attempt: 290kg NR 3rd attempt: 300.5kg Open NR 110kg class winner open and junior. New weight class this time, weighed in comfortably into the 110kg class and won the class overall! Even though the warm-up facilities weren't great (only just enough weight for my final warm-up!) and the loading was slow and sometimes incorrect it was still a good day and a nice return to single lifts after a year off. | ||
