Im going to try and talk through what I know of hitler cleans this week in a video so should be out by the weekend, thanks it was a heavy weight just gotta keep pushing and stop getting injured!

Went in to train today back felt SUPER tight from yesterday went to push press and after 2nd set twinged the right knee just a touched so decided to finish with some body bodybuilding back on squats tomorrow

It was a little slip wont be lifting in running shoes again!

Hamstring curls/Dumbbell straight leg deadlift
80kg x 10/ 30kg each hand x 10

70kg x 10/ 30kg each hand x 10 these sucked balls

Tried some Sumo deadlift they were tough not massive weights was just playing around

3 rounds of 3 minutes boxing with a coach at the end ROUGH!
