Progress is defiantly coming, just takes time though, the heavier I go the more I seem to get injured aswell but need to try and keep up with some of these monsters in the 105s | ||

Decided to have a bit of fun with it and see how much I can pump my arms up with 1 workout out, measured before and after and managed to put 1 3/4 inches very exciting back to lifting real weights tomorrow. Granty welcome to the world on super human lifters, some of the weights being shifted in the 105s just saddens me | ||
