I use Inzer Max DL dont feel it really fits me properly though

180kg x 1 + 2 super slow negatives with a lightly aided press

Paused incline barbell press about a 2 second pause
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5
100kg x 5
110kg x 2 then got stuck at the bottom and crushed my hand between the bar and bench managed to tear the skin off one of my knuckles and a few other grazes

Plasters and bandages to minimize the bleeding then onwards

Couple of bodybuilding exercises nothing exciting

Not too bad, focusing on the events at home as i have a few bit there. looking at doing 3 events per session slowly adding each week to get to comp weight. gonna get myself a suit in the next few weeks also.

Weight loss is 100% on track. I'm fully aware of winstons growing journal and heavy weights he keeps shifting! If he keeps on this track I may have to cut his legs off... How's your trAining going ash?

A suit will help but make sure you put some practice in whilst using it
