Depends I can take a good 2 hours including warm up, usually around hour an half though.

Squatting with a friend he lifts a little lighter so I front squared whilst he back squated

Front squat
70kg x 8 no wraps
100kg x 5
120kg x 3
140kg x 3
160kg x 2 fell forward a little on second rep decided to rack rather than hurt myself
180kg x 1 perfect rep felt so good (wraps belt after this)
200kg x f , f so close on second rep next week it will be there
All reps super mega deep

Straight leg deadlift
Strated these went to about 160kg and back started getting pumped and hurting again decided to stop there.

Sessions are very much being hindered by back at the moment but keeping in light and sensible let it repair then lift super heavy again after new year, need to do well in these qualifiers

240kg x 6 in 75 seconds aiming for 8 at the qualifiers

Deficit Deadlift (2 Inch)
120kg x 5 felt like a bar with weights made of air
170kg x 5
200kg x 5

Close Grip Pulldown

Wide Grip Rows
70kg x 10

That 140 log looked easy mate, you get some really good power from your dip and drive, that will be from all the barbell jerk you have been doing??

i have always been quite powerful so just keep training it and use it to my advantage. My strict press is poo so if i couldnt use my legs i would be stuffed
