yeh i do and usually my wrists are fine but i fine wrists wraps hurt when im doing the jerk because i try and hold it in a proper olympic lift position rather than sit it on my wrists and cannot bend my wrists without the pain.

Legs today must say i felt very good before training and it showed in my lifts

couple of warm up sets on squats

then.

190kg x 5
195kg x 5 PB
200kg x 5 PB
was feeling great at this point so i thought why not try a new 1rm pb

230kg x 1 PB

Leg press
430kg x 5
470kg x 5
470kg x 5
470kg x 5

all felt nice and comfortable could of done with a little more weight but it was busy in the gym so none left

SLD
190kg x 5
200kg x 5 PB
210kg x 5 PB
220kg x 2 PB i guess

I was tiring by this point so i took a sit down and just didn't get back up for about 20 minutes that was me done

95kg x 4ish

i felt tired from yesterday, i was totally flat

shrugs
180kg x 5 from deadlift pickup
210kg x 5 from deadlift pickup
240kg x 5 from deadlift pickup

1 arm db press
I only had the dbs of the gym so it was a 47 did a few sets felt like i could rep it all day, so i decided to invent a new exercise for me, i took a smaller straight bar put 20 kg either side, then snatched it with one arm and repped it like that

50kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 2ish

By this point my spine was on fire, after the first farmers breathing became some what challenging so I did one more then stopped.

Got dragged into another legs day today with another personal trainer, still managed a few pbs

Squats
100kg x 10
140kg x 10
180kg x 10 PB
210kg x 3 PB
200kg x 5

Front Squat
140kg x 5
150kg x 4
170kg x 1 PB
180kg x 0 annoying got stuck again, I went too low

Push Press
100kg x 5
105kg x 5 PB
125kg x 1
130kg x 1 PB
135kg x 1 PB

The PT went after squats so I just messed around a little felt really good, was happy with my push press, felt like I could of gone heavier

Nice squats mate, although I only watched the video to see a non-existant push press!!

Cheers lads I'll get a video of the push press don't you worry I am a level 3 personL trainer I also have quals in boxercise spinning and exercise to music (got this one just because I got it on the course). Our gym has quite slot of athletic pts the black guy spotting me is a high level rugby player, we have uk rowers one of the top triathletes at 50 years old and some other random people.

So I have a couple of comps coming up and I recently damaged my distal bicep tendons AGAIN, I was told by my physio that I may have tendinitis in both of them. I'm hoping it will go away and not come back again but we will have to see. So I did a workout on Monday anyway felt ok but a little pain, I wont be working out again before saturday.

Push Press
60kg x 10
80kg x 5
100kg x 5
110kg x 5 PB
120kg x 1
130kg x 1
135kg x 1

After this I felt a little pain so I decided to rest my arms a hit a bit of legs

Squats 100kg x 10
140kg x 10
180kg x 5
200kg x 5
220kg x 1
230kg x 1
235kg x 1 PB

The gym was about 100 degrees so I was blowing after this so I left it at that
