What we actually did was, I performed a floor press whilst my spotter was deadlifting the weight getting shifted was epic! I'm just trying to get strong like you sam, you are my idol...Roll-Eyes

Went to physio this morning and got told that when I fell off the mountain bike just over a month ago I managed to cause myself a grade 3 dislocation in my shoulder ACL. I have now been compensating for it so posture has got shot 6 weeks of rehab and only very specific overhead exercises.

Anyway onwards and upwards

Cleans
50kg x lots for technique and warm up, really trying to work on catching it low and not using my arms to pull at all.
100kg x 3
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
120kg x 1
140kg x f
140kg x f
140kg x 1 good rep, I just need to get some balls and get underneath it

Front squat super raw, although I had rehband knee sleeve on
70kg x10
100kg x 8
120kg x 8
130kg x 5
140kg x 5
150kg x 5 PB
155kg x 3 could of probably squeezed a few more but smart training is the way forward

Straight leg deadlifts did one set back was a little sore decided not to continue

Rehab stuff
About 6 exercises all working the lower traps and rhomboids

Good workout all in all, glad I now know what's wrong with my shoulder so I can focus on fixing it and getting bigger and stronger

Rehab sucks! 

Behind the neck shoulder press
I have to spend a few seconds setting my shoulders perfectly 
Bar x 20
30kg x 20
40kg x 15
50kg x 12
60kg x 8
70kg x 8
80kg x 8

All felt fine, little twinges here and there

Rear delt stuff high to low and low to high

Block pulls
120kg x 6 - 4 sets

End only have short amount of time today

Felt a little tired today first day of no carbs, on holiday in 3 weeks so need to be back in shape.

18inch deadlifts (reverse band) at the bottom probably 60kg aid nothing at the top
Warm up with a bar, stretches and other bits a bobs
170kg x 5
220kg x 5 back was feeling a little tight but I decided to ignore it goal for the day was 340kg
270kg x 3
310kg x 1
320kg x 1
330kg x 1 good rep PB I guess
340kg x 1 great rep felt like there was more there but smart training

Didn't had much time left so just did
Lateral raises x 3 sets of 15kg
Rear flys x 3 sets of 15kg

Good day all in all shoulder is feeling much better I reckon one more week of little training then onwards and upwards

Front squat - raw with just back support due to dead offing yesterday
50kg x 10 - I drop the pins 2 inches lower so front squat was at clean catching depth
50kg x 10
70kg x 5
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
140kg x 3
150kg x 3
160kg x 3 PB - great depth for me defiantly don't feel I need to go any lower

Behind the neck strict press seated
40kg x 8
50kg x 8
60kg x 8
80kg x 8 - PB by 3 reps
90kg x 4 - PB

Finished with training arms
3 exercises on biceps 3 on triceps
50 reps each exercises with as little rest as possible - big arm pump because chicks dig that
