At the end of the day I compete in strongman not powerlifting so all I care about now is getting the weight from the floor to a standing position whether I hitch it or not! Single leg ham curls nothing exciting just 3 sets of 10 | ||

I have had a few injurys on my back and knee which have also held my squat back, so I am just looking to get back to were I was. This is a video of me probably from last summer | ||
