Yeh haven't spoke to Ryan in a while now think he is over in african training paraolympic kids.

Progress is defiantly coming, just takes time though, the heavier I go the more I seem to get injured aswell but need to try and keep up with some of these monsters in the 105s

Strong jerks, im also looking to be competitive in the 105s next year so watching this with a keen eye Happy
Avatarfredhick
No time today so just did an arm workout as I literally had 45 minutes.

Decided to have a bit of fun with it and see how much I can pump my arms up with 1 workout out, measured before and after and managed to put 1 3/4 inches very exciting back to lifting real weights tomorrow.

Granty welcome to the world on super human lifters, some of the weights being shifted in the 105s just saddens me
AvatarGeorge_Winston
you only had 45 minutes so did arms... lol :P
AvatarGeorge_Winston
ps huuuge jerks! but i assume you were wearing sleeves, so it doesnt count
Avatarfredhick
Chicks dig huge arms George, I was indeed wearing the sleeves, im thinking of getting another pair and wearing double sleeves this should equal twice the weight Roll-Eyes
