However, it could work for a while. My last genuine 1rm lift was made after maybe 6 weeks not going beyond 70% for 2 with the deadlift. That, and doing high bar squats, front squats and power cleans, worked pretty well at the time. The final session a week out from maxing was front squats followed by 15 inch pulls to a reasonable weight (to get used to weight in the hands). So it will be interesting to see. | ||

That seems like a good approach. I may try that if what i'm doing turns out to be crap.
