Solid events stuff there Mike, that medley doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun but should be good for the conditioning.

Martin. yeah this weird gym trainig can only help....
Benvie. Medleys seem to be out of fashion in comps... but are the best for strongman conditioning i feel.
