Went in and got down to business. Tried a few new things today too. New methods for squatting still doing my new bench distance and I'm now working a new bench setup because the old one has a few emerging problems.SQUATS 3 sets of 5 reps with 112.5kg (last set in video) FRONT SQUATS 1 set of 5 reps with 77.5kg 1 set of 5 reps with 80kg (in video) BENCHPRESS 1 set of 7 reps with 90kg 2 sets of 3 reps with 100kg 1 set of 30 reps with 50kg (in video) PUSHUPS 8 reps CLOSE GRIP BENCHPRESS 10 or so reps with 50kg FULL CLEANS worked up to 75kg (in video) POWER CLEANS 80kg 85kg 90kg (ugly as sin on video) VIDEO | ||

It's always good to see. Haha I carry one of those mini lynx cans in my bag and am considering rigging a slow release cap which can be piped directly to my nose to avoid the problem and keep me happy. Either that or plug my nose with torque on cotton balls. Both would do the job I'm sure!Jack. When I pushed a strong 110kg I could do 90kg for 8 reps I think which means my believed PB was wrong yesterday.I was also wrong about the 100kgx3. It was 4 reps at 100kg. Hope that helps you out dude. I'm losing track of the PBs these days I must admit because I've been hitting so many different numbers over the past while. Thanks for popping in gents. | ||
