First time I've used the lat pulldown machine in Sugden and I was pretty good at it - shows that strong pull ups does indeed equal a strong pulldown. 'Speed' bench is going back to 60 next week! Pull-ups were also very hard.

Yep! Can be done with dumbells as well. Good prehab/rehab exercise.

Not really too sure mate - as I haven't competed before I'll just be more bothered about getting all my lifts etc. than worrying what weight class I'm in.

I'll definitely be in at least the 90s, possibly the 100s in a year or so.

I really don't know! I kind of have the 160 squat to nail, so I shouldn't go too mad on both. We'll see what happens. Bulgarian style!
