The events are such wildcards its hard to predict how they will go, even less how they will go for others. ...i will try to scrape some self confidence together in the weeks leading up to it, promise!

Axle 5x65 1x85 1x105 1x115 was not moving well so onwards: dumbell 1x55 1x65 1x70 - pb! and the comp weight at UKs. Over the moon about nailing this, at one point i thought i have no chance... outside: 107kg and 95kg barrel load to 46 inch platform, followed by 3 flips with the OSG tyre - 2 runs small tyre flip simulating the keg toss event and nailing the tech - about million reps. Several lessons learned. ONWARDS!
