Solid piece of equipment. back squats 5x60 5x100 2x130 2x150 2x155 Then some attempts at overhead lockouts standing in a rack. Dont think this will work, seated would probably be tons better. Smallsey was busy with the stones, and while spotting couldnt help but to load the 90kg one to low platform and then once on 58 inch high one. Damn i miss the stones... | ||
