Just did some really slow controlled squats so at least ive done something mate. Log, some flew, some were gash. For it to be that inconsistent on a 110 log means it was just total and utter f**king gash tbh.

Id rather not bother at the moment and go and get off my face instead

What do you spend your money on dude! I thought you were overwhelmed with work? But aye it's an expensive business. Not sure what to advise on the squat, I'll ask Clint Grin
And at this point, of course it will be inconsistent, if you were consistently awesome then you would be a top logger, whole point is to get good work in with challenging weight. You have to have some gash sessions and some fails in order to know what not to do when it gets a bit heavier.
