training seems 2 b going ok there robbo,i did my first sess in a month last sunday,was s**tty,log 50kg x10 easy,100 x 5 ok ish then 3 wi 115 and 1 at 120,tried stones and was s**t 2,100 kg 5 lifts over yoke,then tried duck walk 2ookg 4 20 meters ok ,but dragging sledge bk was fun,was on my arse more than me feet lol

Why you been out of action mate? Log strength is still there though.

Any time you fancy a session let me know. Getting a stone off guy on friday, with more to come.
Wont be as good as westerbys set up but gets the job done!

just been resting 4 a month,u no when u carnt b arsed wi out,but now training again ,tried deadlifting 240 other day as well,c**t move it off the floor,am crap at it,how can i get gud?need help lol,yeah will pop down soon robbo and av a go at yours.

I tried 250 the other day and did my back in.

Just stick with them mate, you will get there. U got f**king 10 on 220 less than 2 months ago!

Get your head right mate, want to see you do f**king well at the englands

That aint much higher than a normal dead i dont think?!

Shame the finals are miles away, would have been up for coming along.

Hope the wrist is healing up for the stones. Im doing better now i dont have to watch my weight!

115kg xf clean (Pissing me off now)
115kg x 1clean f press (s**t)
110kg f clean
100kg f clean (starting to become a joke)#

Strict Press

80kg x 3,5,3
70kg x 7

Gale force winds didnt help

What a bag of s**te. If im to compete in 105's again this shoulder s**t needs to be sorted out.

Boar - The axle is a un-rotating t**t of a thing. nice to press though.It still needs to get a lot better

Smalley - The wind is another excuse pulled out of my book on 'how to make excuses about wank shoulder pressing whilst training outside'. Excllent read

On a plus note - I built my atlas stone loading platforms today and collecting my first stone tomorrow. Im like a kid on xmas eve!! Grin

Training Today - Light Rain, awful wind.

Log Press - 1x clean and press from chest

68kg x 5,5 STRICT ONE MOTION
88kg x 4 STRICT ONE MOTION

Used legs from now on

100kg x 2 AWFUL
100kg x 3
90kg x 7
90kg x 4

Stone - 100kg

49inch - 5 - ONE MOTION
61INCH - 3 - ONE MOTION

LOG - OK but shoulder and triceps were still fried from thursdays pressing

STONE - Happy with these, first go with stones for nearly 2 months
