Bodyweight was 99.5kg for this session so I'm getting closer to the weight limit than I ever have done before. | ||

I could blame the cold I've had this weekend... | ||

I also found out the hard way that rushing warm-ups mean I only have 2 big lifts in me, 20 minutes for each lift straight after the last one is not enough! | ||

The reps were easy enough, just didn't have the energy to do the last 2. | ||
