Not in Loz's top 10 uk strongmen Member 144, 4421 posts SQ 320, BP 165, DL 350 835.0 kgs @ 123kgs Eq	I think a lot of people would be surprised with what they could do on a box jump. Once the fear aspect is gone you improve quickly.

It was common knowledge in the fountainbridge gym anyway. I am only saying because I got a bit of a shock on heading back to the Pleasance to find out how weak I was and when you are trying to plan your openers at a comp it helps to know what is on the bar. Hopefully they have improved the plates though and ken remains as motivated when be trains in his normal gym. It would be a sad state of affairs if a strongman needed the pastel shades and vibroplates surrounding him to max out on PBs
