Very nice session today. Down Chichester Uni for the day doing a bit of PhD work in what was my office (it is no longer my office but new occupants havn't moved in yet and i still have the key!!), but importantly training with my old partner Pat C.
Squating was very nice 220 moved well and 200x3 was nice too.
Forgot my mini bands today, but had a light band and used a single band under the bench set up. Similar tension to doubled minis but probably not quite as much at the top. 130 was a nice dialy max and did some nice fast tripples with big pauses.
Didn't do any assistance work today, job done really and my left arm is a little sore so leave it at that.

Gona keep up frequency but won't squat +200 again till next thurs when I'll work up to meet openers in all 3 events.

Okay session, slow and just did minimum. I am starting to get a bit annoyed with this naff bar, the bend means it's easy to get away from you at times. Will need to plan heavy sessions at other gyms I feel.
Bit of mini de-load for rest of sessions up until thurs when I practice openers. I'll train every day but def on the light side.
