Aaron is at least precious if not special.

BOAR, the bar drifts over Aarons head for a reason. Gravity man. Aaron has an enlarged brain which has it's own gravitational field often making it difficult to keep a line. He'll be right on the day.

its a pretty dumb question,

Almost as dumb as labeling a session a deload then failing a max triple in said session.

it was irony, do you think i was serious calling it a deload? remember in another post i said that i believed if you do deload you should at least do some work, the session proved that point. I guess you lose a lot in meaning talking on the internet.

3 posts you certainly made your point. However i don't believe in fretting and worrying about missed lifts, i have missed a few since coming to Adlington, for a lot of them it was technique so it doesn't bother me if i know what went wrong. A missed lift is in the past the moment after you miss it, so theres no point worrying about it, you just put it out of your mind, learn the lesson and carry on with the session. I believe this is a better attitude to take in my opinion.
