However i don't believe in fretting and worrying about missed lifts, i have missed a few since coming to Adlington, for a lot of them it was technique so it doesn't bother me if i know what went wrong. A missed lift is in the past the moment after you miss it, so theres no point worrying about it, you just put it out of your mind, learn the lesson and carry on with the session. I believe this is a better attitude to take in my opinion. | ||
