dunno - feels really long.. i would say about 15 mins.. which is basically a fast walk. mind you with my short little legs i do break into a fat man jog/waddle.

I did the sheffield half marathon exactly 1 year ago and havnt done any running since then - i was 15kg lighter then so my aim is to do a lttle bit of jogging to get back down to 115kg.

No set plans as of yet to come back to scotland although i think i will be up to visit the old dears in august/september so i'll be over to the unit to train then hopefully..
