Was doing them quite regularly at the end of last year, but have neglected them due to bad weather and laziness. So in my infinite wisdom today I started back on a far steeper, far longer hill, Calton hill. I was blowing hard after walking the slope to look for divots, after the first sprint I felt bad, second I felt like hell, and third I started dry boking, and my legs were so wobbly I couldn't walk down the way I just came up. That was at 7.30, and I still don't feel right. Did not realise 1 how out of shape I was and 2 how hard it is to lug 120kg bodyweight up a hill. Will have to ease in to these a little slower than I had anticipated | ||

Was a struggle to get the groove right today, but it will come. Again all reps calfs and hamstrings touching 125kg for 3reps, 135kg for 3reps, 145kg for 5reps Nautilus leg press, stack, 5sets of 10reps DB luges, 2 sets of 28reps | ||

Rubbish, tried to load the 120 with 1 arm? | ||
