I don't get how people can work out 2 and a quarter plates per side but not just add up the weight they are lifting? Innit.

That's what I thought.... if a biscuit is 2.5 and theres 3 other plates a side they must be 25's?

three as in 3 plates =60kg x2 =120kg

3/4 of a plate as in 15kg x2=30kg

biscuit as in 2.5kg x2 =5kg

+20kg bar

175kg total init
