At the Farm a 1.25K weight is a biscuit.
A 2.5K weight is known as a Wizz, after the man who keeps dropping them on his foot.

a plate is 20kg thus 3 quarters is 15kg (3 quarters of a plate) 10kg is half 5kg a quarter 2.5kg a biscuit

Wouldn't three 3/4's and a biscuit be 115, then?
AvatarSparrow
I don't get how people can work out 2 and a quarter plates per side but not just add up the weight they are lifting? Innit.

That's what I thought.... if a biscuit is 2.5 and theres 3 other plates a side they must be 25's?
