Haggis is good but Scottish black puddings aren't a patch on Bury black puddings.

Am i better getting a train/bus to edinburgh and the out to unit 20.

or is their an easier way from Glasgow? Ive trained in unit 20 once, but would have no idea how to get their, robocop drove me over.

Easiest way, get a lift of someone Otherwise aye, train to Edinburgh then out to Dalmeny, or straight to Dalmeny if there's any that go direct.

If you need any assistance for anything I can help out just bear in mind no sexual favours in the spirt of the comp and I cant make tea.

Always try and run comps on Saturday's generally, and will take you up on the offer of help, more loaders/spotters the better. Will be getting lists together nearer the time, so will pencil you in!

Yes, and yes. Just make sure the other hand's nowhere near the bell when going into the press. Once the rep's been given you can use other hand to lower it.
