So i thought i'd set out some goals for the week: 1. Nail the 140kg jerk 2. 105kg push press 3. Really want a 260kg deadlift this week... its gonna happen. 4. 270kg rack pull 5. 142.5kg bench press 6. 150kg 2board press There its in writing so it has to be done. | ||

Jerks 60x10 80x5 100x3 120x1 130x1 135x1 140xf 140x1 PB best lift of the day Push press 80x5 90x1 100x1 105xf Really happy with the jerk PB was a nice rep. annoyed that i had to finish early, i'll finish the session tommorrow. | ||
