Low pick up deads (standing on a 9cm box)
3 sets of 5 reps @ 170kg

Bent over row
3 sets of 8 reps @ 100kg

Good session tonight, don't usually like training at this time but it went well. really working on the first part of my lift hence the low pick up stuff. think its gonna help me break off the floor.

i know mate! it seems we both have the same problems with breaking it off the floor... this is a major problem in deadlift i think!
