Much better than 2 weeks ago. On the last set after 2 reps, the weights on one side moved a few inches so I was off balance. But whatever, I finished the set even if it did feel heavier on one side

(Would have been nice to have a training partner to move them back mid set!)

That’s a PB double, despite the volume accumulated before it

215 x 8 was very smooth (it’s only 5 kg under my 8 rep PB which at the time was a huge effort)
