Sweat it out! Nothing wrong with Moscow Mules. Sometimes your body and mind need to shut off. I like to go to a off beat shopping center and hike around. Got some hay cut and molasses for the goat across town. Dead empty. It was odd!

I am pretty lazy with food. And egg fried rice is literally a daily staple for me, using those bags of ready cooked rice from Tesco.

I bought a super cheap grill and cooking chicken breast lately. Got to get that protein. Trained axle C&P today. So hot and skipped eating. Definitely can tell the difference.
