Kept adding a plate until 70kg for 6 reps. Then did a cluster set of 110kg for 25 reps. Leg Press: 50kg x 8 100kg x 8 150kg x 8 220kg x 25 Lunges with a 15kg vest on: 30 metres Then added a 2.5kg dumbbell in each hand and did another 30 metres. Heavy Band TKEs: 30 x 2 sets per side Lying Leg Curls: 50kg x 10 x 2 sets, then 10 partials | ||

Having not done them myself I don't know how avoidable this is? Obviously the point of box squats is to get a dead start drive thing going on. Ignore me if I'm talking s**t | ||

It is a ridiculously low height for me. Next time I do it, I will go from, what do you think Wayne, 18" and keep my back angle more upright and try and stop - then fire up from a dead start? | ||
