It is the only thing I do okay, and thanks to my sodding neck, the only thing I can't do at the moment. I'll be back on it next week though. Cheers for the props.

Hey - great journal. Similar lifts and dimensions as me!

Monster deadlifts by the way. Nice.

I'll be interested to see how squatting thrice per week goes for you. It has worked a treat for me (I'm still pish tho hehe).

Do you bench PL or BB style? I'm trying to develop a decent arch and bring the lats in more. When I manage to nail one it feels good. Potential!!

As the weight is really low (as is the box I have been squatting down to) I havenít really hit the stage where I am struggling. Thus far. But I actually really enjoy squatting more.

With my trap and neck giving me grief at the moment I havenít had more than 180kg in my hands for ages. But depending on how I feel, I my deadlift tonight. Or it may be cambered bar good mornings for me if the neck is bad.
