Plus I am going to have the bar much higher on my back, as I have been folding over like a pretzel on my higher weights, in order to remain more upright. The high bar position feels terrible (hence the very low weight), which leads me to believe this is what I need to do. 10/12/11 Squat: Worked up to 2 x 85kg, then did 15 x 2 x 75kg RDL - 3 x 10 x 90kg Cleans - 5 x 5 x 60kg | ||
